About Thrive Theory

Welcome! I'm Katie – your friendly neighborhood expert in lactation and infant feeding. I am an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), experienced maternal-child health Registered Nurse (RN), and the proud owner of Thrive Theory Lactation and Infant Feeding. For the last decade, I've been on a mission to guide families through the exciting journey of new parenthood through home visits, virtual sessions, problem-focused care and anticipatory guidance. Whatever you need, I’ve got you covered!
While I'm great at solving feeding hiccups, what really excites me is preventing them in the first place! It's about giving you the knowledge and tools to feed your baby and parent with confidence. But when problems do arise, rest assured that I don’t just address the surface issues— I dive deep to uncover the root causes and help you get back on track.
